Urban Fresh Farms provides convenient pick-up and delivery options for all our fresh produce. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered promptly to maintain the freshness of our produce. Our delivery costs are transparent, and we aim to provide the best service to our customers.
Pick up option is also available straight at the farm during normal business hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Urban Fresh Farms, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement for you. We want our customers to buy with confidence, knowing that we are committed to ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Due to the nature of our business we are not able to return or exchange but it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with the quailty of our products
